Child Edu & Care Japan West 2024 closes with record exhibitor and visitor numbers

Western Japan’s only major nursery and education fair concluded on 18 July with significant rises in exhibitor and visitor attendance (23% and 21% respectively), after two days of business and service exchange at Mydome Osaka. It provided a dedicated platform for 97 companies and organisations, and hosted 1,987 visiting childcare professionals, nursery managers, and industry stakeholders. Celebrating its fourth edition this year, the show introduced new zones focusing on information and communications technology and nutrition education, both of which garnered significant attention from buyers. To address the labour shortages within the childcare industry, the fair’s Recruitment Area facilitated the matching of staffing agencies, nursery management, and job seekers. Overall, Child Edu & Care Japan West 2024 provided a diverse, regionally focused platform to meet the unique needs of Western Japan’s childcare sector.

Child Edu & Care Japan West 2023 delivers strong business results during important summer sourcing season

The third edition of Child Edu & Care Japan West successfully concluded on 20 July with a 15% rise in visitor attendance. As the season’s only major event for the sector in western Japan, it provided a much-needed business platform for 79 exhibitors and 1,638 professional visitors, all from the fields of childcare and education. Held at Mydome Osaka, the fair surprised many attendees with its comprehensiveness. Visitors recognised the fair as a hub for exchange, attracting not only prominent teachers and childcare professionals but also directors. The presence of clinical psychologists and therapists further emphasised the expanding scope of the childcare industry. These diverse attendees contributed to the rich knowledge exchange, fostering a sense of growth and community within the industry.

Child Edu & Care Japan West cements its position as the best new business platform in the region

The 2022 edition of Child Edu & Care Japan West successfully concluded on 21 July at Mydome Osaka. The fair was launched last year as the Western Japan edition of Child Edu & Care Japan in Tokyo. The two-day fair attracted 1,426 professional visitors from related industries who came to sample and source the latest products and services in the childcare and education fields from 92 exhibitors.

The debut edition of Child Edu & Care Japan West showed great potential for the future

As a new trade fair catering to the childcare and education industry in Osaka, Child Edu & Care Japan West closed its doors on 7 July 2021 after a busy two days of business at the Knowledge Capital Congrès Convention Center. Making its debut only three years after the launch of its sister fair in Tokyo, the new Osaka fair served as a platform for 89 exhibitors to promote their products and services to 1,624 visitors from Western Japan.

Child Edu & Care Japan heads to Osaka for an additional show in 2021

Child Edu & Care Japan West, a two-day trade fair for products and services related to childcare and education, will be launched from 6 – 7 July (Tue – Wed) 2021 at the Congrès Convention Center in Osaka. As the sister event of Child Edu & Care Japan in Tokyo, which made its debut in 2019, the new show will provide the ideal business and communication platform for nursery schools, kindergartens as well as products and services related to the childcare industry in Western Japan (Kansai region).
